Lynn Lake Changes

In Lynn lake for about two years now they started to take and shut down town houses, apartments, the curling rink, and the main head frame. As they started to do this, it has nearly gone bare on one side of town and there are just open areas in the blocks. They are starting to plan to build new things in these areas. They are gunna make a park and are finishing up the gas pumps that are made for the semi trucks in the winter. One other thing they are gonna start doing is cleaning up all the waste and pollution in and around the dump site because it is starting to effect the people or soon will be.

ELA Course

In my ELA course this year, so far we looked at writing journals, responding to story's, Definitions, writing letters and reading short story's. Now we had finished that unit we are looking at Face masks that are made across the world by different cultural. We are going to to be designing a mask, about your cultural and the animals around you and your daily lives. Also we are looking at colours and the signs they show to represent a person. They will be included in your mask of how the colours represent yourself. We are going to start designing soon but we are learning about why and who makes the masks.

Assignment

Assignment: Why would anybody want to hack their way into our network? You have the next-half hour to try to come up with possible answers to this question. Do this assignment on your blog, posted by the end of class.

People try to hack into this network everyday because:
-So they can take files.
-Screw around, and mess things up.
-Erase files, change passwords.
-Breakdown the firewall.
-They hack so they can get hold of your free space in the network.
-So they can use user names or servers to post anything on the Internet.
-They might give viruses to the network.

My Favorite NBA Player

My favorite NBA player is Lebron James. he is 6 ft 8, 250 pounds, and was born on December 30, 1984 in Akron, Ohio. Lebron's nicknames are King James, LBJ and The Chosen One.

Lebron james plays as a Forward for the Cleveland Cavaliers.

He has been in the NBA for four years now and has won many awards including 2004 Rookie of the year, NBA All-star Player of the game and many other awards. Lebron was also the 1st overall draft pick in 2003. He Played for the USA Olympic basketball team in 2004, In the 2006 FIBA world championship, named one of the three captain's for the US men's basketball National Team, and after winning the 2007 Tournament of America's Olympic Qualifiers has advanced to the 2008 Summer Olympics.

My favorite NBA teams

My favorite teams in the NBA are the Toronto Raptors and the Cleveland Cavaliers.

like the raptors because they are a good team and also they are the only Canadian team in the NBA. I like the Cavaliers because they are also a good team and also my favorite player is on that team.

The kind of person am I? Things i like or don't like.

Me i don't really know what kind of person i am because people might think something else about me.
The things i like would be sports and my favorite sports are basketball, volleyball and badminton.
The things that i don't like are..well i can't think of something i don't like right now.

First Blog Entry

My first blog entry of the page.
I am making this entry because our teacher assigned us to do two per week, minimum, for our class so we can get marks and have something for any viewers to read instead of a blank page with no blog entries.
I started this blog as a class assignment which we have to keep working on through the semester if we want the marks to pass.
